About Emma Mills London Meditation Teacher. Emma Mills is a wellness expert specialising in mindfulness, meditation and poetry. Based in London and the East Midlands she is one of the UKs leading meditation and mindfulness teachers. She is available for wellness writing, private meditation training, creative content design and artistic collaborations. Her latest book, ‘Inhale. Exhale. Repeat, A Meditation Handbook For Every Part Of Your Day‘ was published in the UK by Penguin Books and in the USA by Conari Press. Alongside her own wellness and poetry writing, Emma also writes and consults with leading global brand. Sost recently collaborating with Lonely Planet on their new guide ‘101 ways to live wel.’ And with The Flower Council of Holland on their new plant wellness campaign.
Emma has a background in psychology and began her studies 19 years ago. In 2009 she helped pioneer a new form of poetry therapy for the organisation MIND in the UK, going on to win a £50,000 expansion award for their poetry therapy initiative in 2014. More recently, in 2020 Emma began guest lecturing at Westminster University where her work combining mindfulness and poetry has been included within the Psychology BSc degree syllabus.
