The Emma Mills London Method offers a unique approach to wellbeing that combines traditional eastern lessons of meditation and mindfulness, simple movements with insights drawn from the arts and nature. The perfect mind-body practice for anyone seeking a little calm.
Private sessions are an opportunity for you to find regular support and encouragement with your health, wellness or creative goals. Sessions can include sharing yoga stretches and mindful movement, meditation tuition, mindfulness skills and restorative breathing exercises. Most importantly, you’ll learn the type of meditation that suits your personality and also get a tailored mindful living plan you can take forward.

Emma Mills Meditation + Mindfulness Sessions

2024 Fees + Booking
I offer a fee of £70.00 ($90.00) for regular online sessions running for 8-12 weeks. And £95.00 ($120.00) for one off online appointments.
For in person sessions in London I offer a fee of £150.00 for one off sessions, or £700.00 for 5 session credits (£140.00 per session, valid for 6 months)
Sessions run for an hour and include all resources and reading lists. To join in you’ll just need a small space for a chair, pillow or Yoga mat as well as a device with internet access. Payments are made at the time of booking once we have arranged a time for your session via email.
