Hello there,
Welcome to my website! I’m Emma, author, teacher, meditator and an eternal enthusiast dedicated to helping you feel happier and healthier through not only meditation but a holistic approach to life.
Emma Mills London is here to awaken your joy, to nurture that awakening and to be a place of repose and inspiration for those already awakened and living well.
Here on the blog, you’ll find gentle mindfulness practices to help you shift perspective, natural wellness tips to relax and restore, and thoughtful insights drawn from the arts and natural world— all created to spark your inspiration and happiness.
And yes, you’ll find plenty of poems! Poetry has been a lifelong love of mine, and it’s one of the ways I invite people to experience meditation.
If you’d like to go further, my latest meditation book Inhale. Exhale. Repeat offers practical ways to bring mindfulness to your daily life—whether you’re looking for a moment of calm after work or seeking to make more of an all round lifestyle change.
I’d love for you to stay connected! You can follow along with me (@EmmaMillsLondon) and explore the resources here online. A good place to start is my monthly email note, it’s where I share the latest posts as they go live, and other mindful practices you might love to try. Plus the occasional invite to a wonderful wellness event!
See you soon and all the best,
