Emma Mills is an award winning London wellness expert known for her unique blend of mindfulness, nature and poetry. Her exciting new 24 hour meditation book, Inhale. Exhale. Repeat: published by Penguin Books in the UK and Conari Press in the USA, helps readers find the benefits of mindfulness in each corner of their day.
With her unique approach to meditation, Emma brings a refreshing perspective to the wellness field, regularly contributing to national and international publications. She partners with leading global brands, hosting workshops, creating expert content and bringing mindfulness expertise to their services and events. Recent collaborations include Lonely Planet, The National Gallery, Apple, Adidas, Neom Organics, PEFC Geneva, and Stella McCartney.
With a background in psychology and nearly two decades of study, Emma is an expert at blending modern wellness approaches with Eastern philosophy and literary inspiration. Alongside her meditation practice, she helped pioneer a innovative new poetry therapy program with MIND UK, earning a £50,000 innovation award in 2014. More recently, in 2020, her work was included in the Psychology BSc curriculum at Westminster University, where she continues to guest lecture on mindfulness and poetry.
When she isn’t writing or teaching, Emma loves nature, European cinema, travel, cooking, fashion, reading poetry and spending time with family. She’s a kind, creative person passionate about making a positive difference in the world.
