 “We started working with Emma to help the team get through lockdown 3.0. Everyone was feeling burnt out and morale was low as we faced even more months working from home and not seeing friends and family. To help them learn some new ways of dealing with stress and low moods and finding some self care techniques they may have not been aware of, we had fortnightly sessions, within our working days, with Emma using slightly different practices each time. 

By the end of the three months, everyone had picked useful tips and techniques up along the way and incorporated them into their daily lives. It’s not the sort of thing many of them would have even considered before they met Emma so it’s been a very successful exercise, seeing us through a really worrying time. Taking time out of our working days to take a breath and meditate with Emma guiding us was just what we all needed! NHS STRESS MANAGEMENT – 6 Months

“During a time of uncertainty and anxiety, Emma Mills has been an incredible support to our team at Nottingham City GP Alliance. Working as part of the NHS supporting GP practices across Nottingham city, many of our team have been based at home and socially isolated. Others have been running the busy Home Visiting Service which we set up specifically to support patients who had Coronavirus.

Emma’s regular, almost daily, mediation sessions helped our whole team to alleviate the stress, pressure and loneliness they have been feeling. We are forever grateful for Emma’s support during these very difficult times and we highly recommend her. Thank you, Emma Mills!”
