Gut X Brain Axis and Mindfulness
I recently wrote about the the gut X brain axis and mindfulness for Weight Watchers Magazine and in the feature I explored the bi-directional relationship between what happens in our minds (for example, stress) and what goes on in our gut (healthy microbiome). I also shared and one or two ways we can use mindfulness based meditation tools to improve gut health and overall wellbeing.
